Deadlines:

  • Early (reduced) registration fees are available through July 1, 2023.
  • Late registration fees are available through from July 2, 2023 until July 15, 2023.
  • Registration is closed from July 16, 2023 and only onsite registration will be available.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received by July 1, 2023: full refund.
  • Cancellations received by July 15, 2023: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received from July 16, 2023: no refunds.
